Pie Contest Returns To Takoma Park Farmer’s Market
The Takoma Park , Maryland Farmers Market is bringing back the Pie contest this Sunday September 18th. The event will be taking place on Laurel Avenue and is set to begin at 11:00 am EST. Allegheny Hospital Farmer’s Market
Allegheny Hospital will host another Farmer’s Market this fall based on the success of the recent one that was held on September 15th. Just like the last one, the fall market will be aimed at celebrating nearby farmers and bakers because the Hospital cafeteria uses locally-sourced items. More details here.
The Laredo Main Street’s Farmer’s Market Revamped
The market has renovated itself with changes they think would attract more people, and offer a variety of events for participants. New Location Worked Out Well For Westborough, MA Farmer’s Market
The verdict is in, the markets new location at the Congregation B’nai Shalom has been received very well by the local community leading to a successful and fun season for both vendors and customers.
Dismas House organized the farmers’ market, which was held at the Congregational Church for many years. But COVID-19 is the reason why the group didn’t control the market in 2020. Dismas declared that they have no plans to restart the market in the beginning of 2021. By intervening, the Westborough Rotary Club was able to save the market. Destrehan Farmer’s Market Has A New Location
The monthly Destrehan Farmers Arts Market moved this month to a new location, but the event’s organizer assured attendees that they can still expect the same vendors, pet adoptions, food trucks, photo booth, face painting, and other family- and animal-friendly entertainment they’ve come to expect.
